A Shopee settlement report is issued each payout cycle, detailing deductions from gross sales: commission, shipping fees, shop-issued vouchers, and processed refunds. The final settlement is what actually arrives in your bank account — typically less than storefront sales. Download from Shopee Seller Center → My Income → Settlement Report, then upload to MooMooNext for automatic line-item splitting and VAT calculation.
