What we collect
We collect contact details such as the name, email, and phone number you provide when requesting early access or the guide, along with the selected language and the marketing-consent record for that campaign. Guide requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 so the team can review the queue and deliver the file. Business documents you choose to send us yourself — receipts, tax invoices, or marketplace sales reports — are used only for the workflow you've agreed to.
How we use it
We use information for the stated purpose: emailing the mid-year tax filing guide within 24 hours, handling your request, and sending news or updates when you have given consent. We also use information needed for features you request, such as reading documents with AI-assisted OCR, drafting a first pass at line-item categories for review, and preparing summaries of your own business.
We do not use data for unrelated sales claims
We do not publish proof, figures, reviews, or quotes drawn from your business data — on our website, in ads, or in any other marketing material — without your written permission first. If we ever want to use your experience as an example, we will contact you directly to ask. Details about the providers involved and how long data is retained should be confirmed during onboarding.
Contact us about data requests
To access, correct, delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, email contact@moomoonext.com and mention the email address you used. The team will review the request and explain the actual process available, including an expected timeframe to complete it.
How long we keep it
PDF campaign lead data is kept for no more than 12 months from the request date, unless a longer period is needed to comply with law, prevent repeated abuse, or handle a deletion request. If the providers involved change, we will update the details here.
