What is my shop data used for?
Data is used to run the features you see on screen — reading documents, categorizing records, and summarizing your own business. Important outputs are designed for human review before real use, and contract-level details should be confirmed during onboarding.
What does the AI see, and is there human review?
The AI reads the documents and records you bring in to help categorize and draft entries. Outputs that affect your books or taxes are designed for owner or accountant review — the system does not decide for you. See the AI data handling page for details.
Who on my team can access the data?
Access follows roles — owner, accountant, approver, and admin — and each role sees data and features appropriate to the team workflow. See the access control page for specifics.
What happens to my data if I stop using the service?
Business data belongs to the business owner. Export options, retention periods, and deletion should be agreed clearly at onboarding so you can leave without lock-in.
Who do I contact with more security questions?
Reach the team at contact@moomoonext.com or via the contact page. The team can answer data-handling, access, and retention questions before you commit.
