What templates are included?
Right now the hub includes templates commonly used in Thai business — quotations, receipts, tax invoices, billing notes, and withholding-tax certificates. Each one comes with guidance on filling it in correctly.
Are the files PDF or Excel?
Most templates come in both. The PDF version is ready to print and use right away, and the Excel version lets you edit details yourself — shop name, tax ID, line items, and so on. A few are provided only in the format that best fits how that document is used.
Do I need to enter my email before downloading?
No. You can download immediately without an email address or any sign-up.
What's the difference between a full tax invoice and an abbreviated one?
A full tax invoice needs complete details — the buyer's and seller's tax ID, address, and itemized products. An abbreviated tax invoice is used for general retail sales and needs less detail. If you're not sure which one your business should issue, check with an accountant or your local Revenue Department office.
What should I watch for when using these templates?
Make sure details like tax ID, dates, and document numbers are accurate and issued in sequential order, since these documents may later be used as accounting references. If you're unsure about anything, have an accountant review it before using it for real.
